Sheldon Centre for Outdoor Education.
As you can imaging, my students were very excited to hear that our class will be going to the Sheldon Outdoor Education Centre from October 22 to October 24, 2014.
Permission forms and additional information, which includes a packing list and sample daily itinerary, will be sent home soon.
In class today, we watched the slide show, which can be viewed here. Please keep in mind that we will not be doing all of the activities shown. For example, we will neither be cycling nor working with bees.
Since Sheldon is a TDSB facility, all policies and procedures of the board are adhered too. We will be travelling the approximately 90 mins journey by school bus.

Welcome!
Hope everyone has had an enjoyable summer. Let's start the new school year with enthusiasm and positive thoughts.
We welcome Miss Ruffolo, a student teacher from the Faculty of Education at UOIT (University of Ontario Institute of Technology). She will be observing our class during this first week and will return in October for a three week placement. We look forward to working and learning with her.
